Our secure vehicles carry on-board shredding equipment with an integrated power supply, capable of processing hard drives, data tapes, compact discs and USB sticks.  This equipment will be used to securely destroy your data bearing assets to HMG IA standards (shred of less than 6mm in size). 

Our operators are security cleared to SC+ standards and can either receive the assets for destruction directly from you, or alternatively they can carry out a decommissioning service to retrieve the assets from your site on your behalf.

You are of course welcome to witness the destruction of the assets.

After on-site destruction, the material will be delivered to our nearest processing site.  The vehicle operates a “constantly manned” policy to ensure security of transport.  Where necessary, we can implement a “non-stop” policy where the vehicle is GPS tracked while it makes its way directly to one of our processing sites. 

Once at the site, we use specialist processes to recover materials for recycling. These processes utilise powerful magnets and other technology to separate precious, ferrous and non-ferrous metals from other materials such as plastic. These processes give further assurance that your data is destroyed.

The onsite service will be arranged as a diarised event. Simply contact us to arrange an appropriate date and time for the visit. We charge for the vehicle to come to site and then charge per unit based on the type of asset and the level of shredding required. The types of service and volumes we can manage are:

• Onsite shredding of hard disks <6mm (up to 200 per hour)
• Onsite shredding of hard disks <15mm (up to 600 per hour)
• Onsite disintegration of back up tape / CD media <6mm (up to 600 per hour)
• Auditing of assets prior to shredding (barcode scanning / report generation)
