Sims Recycling Solutions process electrical and electronic equipment according to European legislative requirements, including the influential WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive. It sets controls that aim to dramatically reduce the disposal, by landfill or incineration, of “waste” electronic and electrical equipment. It holds producers responsible for their products from design and manufacture through to the end of the product’s life.
